EU BORDER CLOSURE 

As you may have seen in the news, several EU countries have recently closed their borders with the UK. Consequently, carriers have temporarily suspended collection and delivery of all parcels traveling via road to the EU.

It's expected that these restrictions will ease within 48 hours, so in the short term any orders placed for delivery via road to the EU will be fulfilled and held at Kiki London warehouse in London, awaiting collection by carriers. In the unlikely case that restrictions do not ease, then we may have to stop accepting orders for delivery to the EU.

We are in close contact with all our carriers and will update as soon as we can with the latest expectations regarding resumption of normal service.

We understand this is incredibly frustrating for all our customers. It's been a phenomenally challenging year for us at Kiki London with COVID-19 causing staffing issues, spikes in volumes and managing problems with carriers.

This latest news creates extra work for us all and we hugely appreciate you being reasonable, patient an understanding as we work together through this time. We are extremely busy handling queries so there may be a delay in responding.

UK Mainland Delivery is unaffected. (We currently recommend using DPD Delivery for urgent orders as Royal Mail orders are taking longer than usual to arrive).
