I like to remove most of the hard skin first and then use this cream to keep my feet soft and stop new hard skin forming. With 40% urea it’s better than most (if not all) others in my view. I wish I was disciplined to use every day to really put it to the test but I tend to forget and lapse after a while until the hard skin returns.
